What Being in Your Mid-20s Actually Feels Like
There wasn’t a big moment where I woke up and thought, “Wow, I’m grown now.” It was more like one random Tuesday where my back popped for no reason and I realized I haven’t been 18 in a minute.
Career-wise, the mid-20s are basically a hallway. You’re walking, doors are opening, and half the time you’re thinking, “Yeah… this might be the lane,” and the other half you’re thinking, “Absolutely not.”
Identity shifts too. It’s not about what you “should be interested in.” It’s more like… what do you actually enjoy when no one’s watching? Turns out I like building things, messing with code, making little tools, and jumping between ideas.
The Snapshot
- The Mood Quietly Productive

- The Goal Steady Becoming
Being in your mid-20s isn’t a crisis or a peak. It’s this strange, interesting in-between space where you’re building someone you haven’t met yet. Just quietly, steadily, becoming.
