My work is grounded in mechanical engineering fundamentals — construction, fire protection, and hazard analysis — applied in the field to real property risk. I've built my practice around one standard: every survey and report needs to hold up to underwriter scrutiny, not just check a box. That means findings are documented clearly enough for an underwriter to act on them, and explained clearly enough for a property owner or broker to actually understand what they mean for their risk profile.
